Chasity is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. With a background in high school and college athletics Chasity brings a very cardio-based strength training to the table. You will get a full body workout through her superset and circuit-based routines with a lot of emphasis on core strength.
Chasity gives you four choices to choose from:
- At Home Beginner – with these workouts all you need is a few simple tools and you can get your full workout completed in the convenience of your home. The exercises are not easy but catered to beginners of the fitness world. As your balance, core, and body strength increase you can then move onto the next choice.
- At Home Advanced – these workouts will really test your strength, balance, and endurance. There are a lot of circuits and supersets to keep your heart rate up while still having the convenience of being in the comfort of your home with the help of a minimal equipment. This is great for the busy person who struggles to find time to drive to the gym, or a great stepping stone for someone who is not ready for the gym atmosphere yet. However, when that time comes, try the following!
- At Gym Beginner – Chasity’s at gym workouts are fun and you will never get bored. You will never just sit on a machine and do reps; you will be using your body, dumbbells, and cables in ways that others will admire. She will also teach you many compound (multi-joiinted) exercises so even if the gym is busy you can still work all of your body parts equally!
- At Gym Advanced – a challenge to even the more experienced gym-goer, these will definitely put your heart and body to the test. With circuits and machines mixed in ways the average person would never think, Chasity will have you enjoying the gym and working out like never before. Your balance, core, strength, and endurance will become top notch with the continuation of these intense workouts.
Chasity has dietary restrictions that she struggled to put a finger on for many years. Finally, after finding out she had IC, interstitial cystitis, also known as BPS, she has mastered her dietary routine. She can share with you how to eat, snack, and enjoy life pain-free while still enjoying great tasting foods and drinks. The restrictions include, dairy, gluten, citric acid, and many more. So to anyone with dietary restrictions or who becomes uncomfortable after eating even “healthy” foods, following Chasity’s plan will be extremely beneficial!
By following Chasity’s calendar you will have access to your weekly workouts laid out for you by a professional personal trainer. These workouts are backed by videos that show you every exercise, performed by Chasity herself. Also, you will get full body circuits weekly and most importantly dietary tips based on her restrictions and knowledge of losing fat, building muscle, and raising your cardiovascular levels!
